Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@buyerschoice.us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Buyer's Choice is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping information before your order ships.
